Procédure
- Envoyer la demande avec les documents demandés à Swiss Snowsports Backoffice Education à l'adresse suivante :

Aucune information de classification ne sera émise avant que la demande ne soit soumise. - Une fois la demande reçue, les frais de dossier te seront facturés.
- Une fois le paiement reçu, nous vous communiquerons notre décision dans les trente jours.
En cas d’avis favorable à une admission à l’« examen pour l’obtention d’une équivalence », l’inscription à l’examen sera jointe à l’envoi. - Les formulaires incomplets ou illisibles ne seront pas traités et seront retournés à la personne ayant déposé la demande.
- Les frais supplémentaires occasionnés du fait d'un dossier incomplet pourront être facturés en sus.
- L’examen de chaque demande est payant, même si la demande est rejetée ou retirée en cours de procédure.
- Le montant forfaitaire des frais de dossier est de CHF 270.– (TVA incl.) avec timbre ISIA/carte ISIA
- Le montant forfaitaire des frais de dossier est de CHF 320.– (TVA incl.) sans timbre ISIA/carte ISIA

Cours pour l'obtention d'une équivalence
Cours de formation sur deux jours avec examen pour l'obtention de l'équivalence du niveau d'instructeur suisse.
Admission
- Après examen de toutes les pièces fournies et acceptation du dossier par la SSSA.
- Date de clôture des inscriptions: 30 jours avant la date d’examen précisée dans la convocation (inscription par e-mail).
- Le classement doit avoir lieu avant la date limite d'inscription. Veuillez noter qu'un délai de 30 jours est nécessaire pour la classification de la demande
- Le paiement devra être parvenu à Swiss Snowsports 14 jours avant l’examen (dans le cas contraire, le participant ne sera pas invité à l’examen).

Reconnaissance par le Secrétariat d’Etat à la formation, à la recherche et à l’innovation (SEFRI)
Si la procédure de reconnaissance d’une formation étrangère par le SEFRI a été lancée et une équivalence avec le brevet fédéral obtenue, les frais d’enregistrement auprès de Swiss Snowsports de l’équivalence avec le brevet fédéral de Professeur de sports de neige s’élèvent à CHF 150.-. Si souhaité, il est possible de devenir membre de Swiss Snowsports en versant une cotisation annuelle de CHF 60.- et un montant unique de CHF 20.- pour la carte de membre. L’équivalence avec le brevet fédéral permet de passer l’examen professionnel de Professeur de sports de neige avec brevet fédéral, à condition d’avoir réussi un module à choix reconnu par Swiss Snowsports (« Race», «Freestyle», «Freeride» ou «Deuxième engin»).

The procedure
- Send the application with the requested documents to the Swiss Snowsports Backoffice Education at the following address:
international@snowsports.ch
No classification information will be issued before the application is submitted. - When we receive your application, we will send you an invoice for the processing fee.
- Our decision will be sent to you no later than 30 days after receipt of your payment.
If you receive a positive decision inviting you to take the “International Recognition Examination”, the examination registration form will be enclosed. - Incomplete and illegible application forms will not be processed and will be returned to the applicant.
- If an incomplete application is submitted, the additional time required for processing may be charged separately.
- The assessment of an application is subject to a fee even if the application is withdrawn during the process or the application is rejected.
The processing fee amounts to:
- CHF 270.00 (incl. VAT) with ISIA stamp/ISIA card
- CHF 320.00 (incl. VAT) without ISIA stamp/ISIA card

Two-day training and examination course to attain Swiss instructor level
Admission
- When all documents submitted have been examined and a positive admission decision has been made by the SSSA.
- Registration deadline: 30 days before the advertised examination (register by e-mail)
- The Classification must take place before the closing date for registration. Please note that 30 days are required for the classification of the application.
- The payment needs to have been received by Swiss Snowsports 14 days before the examination (if payment is not received on time, participants will not be invited to take the examination).

Recognition by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI)
If the assessment of a foreign training course was carried out by SERI and this training course considered equivalent to the Swiss Federal Diploma, then the registration fee for equivalence as a snow sports instructor with Swiss Federal Diploma with Swiss Snowsports will be CHF 150.00. If desired, you can join Swiss Snowsports at a cost of CHF 60.00 (annually) plus the member card for CHF 20.00 (one-off). If equivalence with the Swiss Federal Diploma is awarded, you can take the professional examination as a snow sports instructor with Swiss Federal Diploma. This is subject to your taking an elective module accepted by Swiss Snowsports (race, freestyle, freeride or second piece of equipment).
